1. What payments methods do you accept? 

  • BDO Bank Deposit or Online Transfer
  • BPI Bank Deposit or Online Transfer
  • GCash
  • Paypal

*For bank deposits, bank details will be provided after checkout. Note that reservation is only up to two (2) business days only. Kindly settle all remaining balances immediately to avoid any cancellations of your order. 

 

2. What courier do you use?

  • We use LBC Express and GoGo Xpress which takes 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and 3-5 business days for Provincial areas.

 

3. Do you ship Internationally? 

  • Ofcourse, we'd love to take our brand globally.
  • International shipping cost depends on the weight and destination of the package. (Just email us at actthelabel@gmail.com or send us a DM in our Instagram @ActTheLabel to get a propose quotation for your country destination)

 

4. How much is shipping?

  • Metro Manila (GoGo Xpress): P100.00
  • Metro Manila (LBC): P150.00
  • Provincial Areas: P200.00

*This will be calculated automatically upon check-out. 

 

5. Can I get my order on the same day?

  • Yes, we can do same day shipping only in Metro Manila through Grab/Lalamove/Angkas. *payment will be shouldered by the customer*

6. How long it will take to receive my order?

Delivery period for

  • METRO MANILA is 1-3 working days
  • PROVINCIAL is 3-5 working days

*Counting begins after ship out date. Excluding Sundays/Holidays.

 

7. Return and Exchange:

Unfortunately, during this COVID-19 pandemic we don't allow any returns or exchanges. 

We want to ensure the safety of all our customers so we only send out brand new and unused items.
